Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts SLP license required
• Previous professional experience in a school setting is essential
• Ability to work with a wide range of students, Kindergarten through 12th grade

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, individually and in groups
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct thorough student assessments and document results accurately
• Maintain progress notes and participate in meetings with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment, adapting techniques to meet varied needs
• Educate and collaborate with staff and families on strategies to support student progress
