Two full-time positions are available, each with a 37.5-hour workweek spread across five days, focusing on delivering high-quality speech therapy services to pediatric and school-age populations.
Qualifications:
- Valid South Carolina SLP license
- South Carolina Teaching Certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in school settings or working with pediatric populations is highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and updating goals as needed
- Participate in school-based meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance and education to teachers, staff, and families to support students communication needs
- Adhere to all state and federal guidelines, as well as district protocols
