Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina SLP license
• South Carolina Teaching Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in school settings or working with pediatric populations is highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Monitor student progress, documenting outcomes and updating goals as needed
• Participate in school-based meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide guidance and education to teachers, staff, and families to support students communication needs
• Adhere to all state and federal guidelines, as well as district protocols
