Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current licensure to practice as an SLP
- Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations in school settings
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Familiarity with a variety of therapy techniques and assistive technologies
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify students speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and required compliance paperwork
- Provide direct and consultative services that support student achievement in academic and social settings
- Educate and support school staff and families on communication strategies and resources
