Youll participate in New Hire Orientation from August 12-14 before seamlessly integrating into your assigned school community for 35 hours a week. Caseloads and grade levels will be determined based on your strengths and preferences, ensuring you have the resources and support needed to thrive.

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current and active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL).
• Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a K-12 educational setting or a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide records for license and PEL verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students with varying needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff for student success.
• Conduct assessments and provide progress monitoring.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state requirements.
