Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) required
- Active SLP license for the state
- Experience working in pediatric and/or school-based settings
- Confidence in managing caseloads spanning PreK, elementary, middle, and high school
- Knowledge of IEP processes, assessments, and direct intervention strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Creative, adaptable, and committed to fostering student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language services to students across grade levels
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized or group therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop communication strategies and support academic achievement
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school policies
- Offer support and resources for students with a range of communication disorders
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
