Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) required
• Active SLP license for the state
• Experience working in pediatric and/or school-based settings
• Confidence in managing caseloads spanning PreK, elementary, middle, and high school
• Knowledge of IEP processes, assessments, and direct intervention strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Creative, adaptable, and committed to fostering student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based speech and language services to students across grade levels
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized or group therapy
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop communication strategies and support academic achievement
• Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school policies
• Offer support and resources for students with a range of communication disorders
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
