Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (State of CA)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings, pediatrics, or healthcare
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Solid organizational and communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports, complying with educational and state regulations
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support each childs communication and academic success
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed
