Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license (State of CA)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based settings, pediatrics, or healthcare
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Solid organizational and communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports, complying with educational and state regulations
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support each childs communication and academic success
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed
