Key Qualifications:
- Hold active Minnesota SLP credentials
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Skilled in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for K-12 students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Capable of managing a dynamic caseload and collaborating with educators and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Adaptable to the needs of students across multiple age groups
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine appropriate interventions
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote optimal communication outcomes
- Support students academic and social success through evidence-based practices
