Key Qualifications:

• Hold active Minnesota SLP credentials
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Skilled in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for K-12 students with a range of speech and language disorders
• Capable of managing a dynamic caseload and collaborating with educators and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adaptable to the needs of students across multiple age groups

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to determine appropriate interventions
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to promote optimal communication outcomes
• Support students academic and social success through evidence-based practices
