Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active or eligible state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
  • Strong background in pediatric speech and language evaluation and intervention
  • Effective in both onsite and teletherapy models
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct speech-language therapy for K-12 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school district and professional standards
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed, delivering flexible services to meet diverse student needs
  • Guide and support students as they develop essential articulation, language, and social communication skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
