Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Strong background in pediatric speech and language evaluation and intervention
- Effective in both onsite and teletherapy models
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct speech-language therapy for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school district and professional standards
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed, delivering flexible services to meet diverse student needs
- Guide and support students as they develop essential articulation, language, and social communication skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
