Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Illinois State License (IDFPR) and ISBE PEL with Speech-Language endorsement
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibilityfirst-year SLPs (CF-SLPs) welcome!
  • Experience or comfort working with K-12 student populations
  • Commitment to effective communication and collaboration with educators, families, and administrators
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students across grade levels
  • Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop, implement, and review IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate openly with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough records and comply with all necessary reporting requirements
  • Promote an inclusive, positive climate where every students voice is valued
