This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact across elementary, middle, and high school settings, working up to 37.5 hours per week. You will provide vital speech and language services, supporting students academic and personal growth in a collaborative and supportive school environment.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active PEL with Speech-Language Pathology endorsement required
- Eligible for or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in a school setting
- Familiarity with K-12 age groups, including adapting strategies across developmental levels
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and accessible learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records, complete documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
- Consult with teachers, families, and staff to deliver effective support strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based educational planning
- Provide progress updates and advocate for students ongoing needs
