Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • SLP, SLP - CCC credentials, with school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Comfortable handling the full spectrum of elementary (TK-5th grade) speech therapy services
  • Proficient in direct therapy, conducting assessments/evaluations, and managing IEPs
  • California CTC credential is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP development
  • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Engage in ongoing professional development as part of an energetic onsite team
