Job Description

Take your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to the next level by supporting elementary students as an onsite clinician for the upcoming school year. In this role, youll manage a diverse caseload and partner with dedicated educators, using your clinical skills to facilitate students communication success throughout the academic year.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience providing speech services in a school environment
  • Confidence in performing direct services, evaluations, and all aspects of IEP development and implementation
  • Comfort with a wide variety of speech/language needs across TK-5th grade students
  • Valid state licensure (California), with CTC credential preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language services on-site, including assessment, intervention, and therapy for elementary students
  • Complete all related documentation, progress monitoring, and IEP participation
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create supportive strategies tailored to each student
  • Participate in all required meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for student success
  • Serve as a resource for speech and language development within the school community
