Job Description
A Speech Pathologist position is available at an elementary school in Romeoville, IL. This role involves supporting students with diverse needs, including Supported Education, Multi-needs, and those requiring speech-only services.
Key Qualifications:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working in school settings
Location:
- Romeoville, Illinois
Responsibilities:
- Managing and delivering speech pathology services across 1.5 caseloads within the school
- Supporting students in Supported Education, Multi-needs, and speech-only categories
- Collaborating with educational staff to assess and support student communication needs
- Maintaining accurate records and progress reports
Schedule and Contract:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:40 PM
- Full-time position with 37.5 guaranteed hours per week
- Contract dates: ASAP start through May 22, 2026, for full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Part-time option available as a temporary assignment through March 27, 2025
