Step into a rewarding opportunity working directly with elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the remainder of the school year. Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in school settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage caseloads with professionalism and care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K5 students in an in-person setting
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Partner with educators, specialists, and families to support students communication goals
- Attend and participate in relevant school meetings and professional development opportunities
