Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in school settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage caseloads with professionalism and care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K5 students in an in-person setting
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Partner with educators, specialists, and families to support students communication goals
• Attend and participate in relevant school meetings and professional development opportunities
