Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Strong ability to work with diverse student populations, including varying ages and abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and write comprehensive reports
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students with communication challenges
• Maintain precise documentation of progress and session notes
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
• Provide strategies and resources for teachers and parents to support student growth
