Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Active South Carolina SLP License required
  • Experience working with pediatrics or within a school-based setting preferred
  • Open to new graduates and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students onsite
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records, timely documentation, and compliance with all school and state regulations
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
