Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state license and ASHA certification (CCC preferred)
  • Prior experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred for evaluation
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and staff
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in both individual and group formats
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with state and federal requirements
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary problem-solving for student success
  • Offer guidance, training, and resources for educators and caregivers to support students communication skills within the classroom and at home
