Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA highly desirable; applicants completing CFY also considered
  • Recent experience providing speech and language services to pediatric or school-aged clients
  • Solid knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and relevant educational documentation
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatment plans for students with communication, articulation, language, and/or voice disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students success in the classroom and beyond
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services, adapting strategies to meet diverse student needs
  • Take part in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
