Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA highly desirable; applicants completing CFY also considered
- Recent experience providing speech and language services to pediatric or school-aged clients
- Solid knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and relevant educational documentation
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatment plans for students with communication, articulation, language, and/or voice disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students success in the classroom and beyond
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services, adapting strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Take part in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
