This contract opportunity focuses on providing vital speech and language services to a diverse student population, ranging from early childhood through high school. Youll collaborate with fellow educators and families while making a meaningful difference for children of all ages.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Appropriate state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Knowledge of providing therapy and assessments for early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school students (Pre K12)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Serve students across a variety of grade levels: Pre K, elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective therapy interventions and meet IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation as required by school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the educational success of each student
