Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility in the state
• Prior experience in school settings, serving Pre-K through Grade 12
• Strong knowledge of therapy techniques for diverse age groups and abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Comfortable collaborating with classroom teachers, school teams, and parents
• Organizational skills to balance caseload and required documentation

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop tailored therapy plans, update goals, and deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions
• Manage a diverse caseload spanning early childhood through high school, adapting strategies to student needs
• Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain timely records in accordance with school guidelines
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights for student success
• Offer in-class support, teacher consultation, and family education to maximize impact
• Participate in professional development opportunities as required
