In this rewarding contract position, you'll provide essential speech and language services to students in grades K-5, collaborating closely with educators and families to support each childs developmental and academic success. Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for K-5 students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Educate school staff and families on strategies and best practices for speech and language development
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
