• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Experience conducting assessments and writing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Effective communication skills with young learners, families, and school staff
• Organizational abilities for managing caseload documentation and therapy schedules
• Dedication to ongoing professional growth and best practices in school-based therapy

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments for students from early childhood through adolescence
• Developing targeted treatment plans and interventions, tailored to each student's needs
• Implementing therapy sessions individually and in group settings
• Collaborating with educators, special education teams, and families to ensure cohesive student support
• Monitoring and documenting student progress in accordance with educational guidelines
