Job Description
Help create meaningful change in students lives by supporting speech and language development across a diverse K-12 population. There are three opportunities available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about working in school settings for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position provides a consistent, 37.5-hour workweek with the opportunity to make a difference from elementary through high school levels.
Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Active SLP - PEL with SLP Endorsement required
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Comfortable working with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to support students ranging from kindergarten through grade 12
- Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for diverse learners
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in both group and individual settings
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of student goals, progress, and communication with stakeholders
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to solution-focused discussions
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding speech and language interventions and teaching strategies
