Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
• School-based or pediatric experience highly valued
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
• Excellent communication, organization, and recordkeeping skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, addressing needs such as articulation, language, fluency, and voice
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Consult with teachers and families to support students learning and communication goals
• Maintain thorough and timely therapy notes and required documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to help shape student success
