Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Maryland
  • Open to SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates
  • Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Capable of managing a mixed K-12 caseload
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

What You'll Do:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students in grades K12
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student goals
  • Maintain thorough records and adhere to IEP requirements, timelines, and compliance standards
  • Provide direct intervention as well as consultative support within the school team
  • Participate in district professional development and meetings as needed
