Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid Maryland SLP License (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, and/or healthcare SLP settings
  • Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
  • Maintain accurate records and provide progress updates
  • Advocate for student needs within the school environment
  • Engage in ongoing professional communication with district staff and families
