Qualifications:
- Current and valid Maryland SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric and school settings, including IEP development and implementation
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy interventions as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support educational outcomes
- Maintain all required documentation and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Deliver services both on-site and via teletherapy as needed
