You'll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each student reaches their full communicative potential.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; clinical fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings appreciated, but not required
• Skilled in a variety of service delivery models, including individual, group, and teletherapy sessions
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Compassionate, patient, and creative in developing therapy plans tailored to students unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
• Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans customized for students IEP goals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult with teachers, families, and specialists to maximize student progress and participation
• Deliver services both onsite and via secure teletherapy platforms, as appropriate
• Support students across various educational settings, adapting strategies as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
