Job Description

This position offers an opportunity for Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) to work within a school setting during the 2026-2027 school year. The role supports both elementary and secondary students, providing a dynamic caseload and professional environment in Rochester, WA.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State SLP and ESA licenses required
  • Specialized experience or certification in pediatrics, schools, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is a plus
  • Strong ability to assess and treat speech and language disorders in school-aged children

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students across elementary and secondary levels
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student success
  • Maintain clear records in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide support strategies

Position Details:

  • Full-time contract role with 37.5 hours per week
  • Located in Rochester, Washington within a school-based environment
  • Caseload includes a diverse range of elementary and secondary students
