Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology license
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Experience working with pediatric clients, preferably in school settings
• Strong knowledge of IEPs, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt therapy methods based on individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to students with various communication challenges
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support optimal student progress
• Maintain detailed records and participate in team meetings to ensure cohesive support for students
• Offer ongoing guidance to teachers and parents, facilitating carryover of strategies into the classroom and home
