Job Description

Make an impact supporting students communication needs in a dynamic, contract-based setting. A respected school district near Rochester, NH is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to work onsite. This role is ideal for experienced school-based SLPs who are passionate about fostering student growth and collaborating with educational teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid and active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC required)
  • Demonstrated experience working within a school setting as an SLP
  • Strong understanding of IEP process, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to ethical, student-centered care and evidence-based intervention

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Complete thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment goals and therapy plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services, assessments, and student progress
  • Collaborate actively with special education teams, teachers, and caregivers
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and updates
  • Adhere to NH licensure standards and professional ethics
