Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Previous experience supporting elementary-aged children, particularly within a school setting
• Understanding of diverse speech, language, and communication needs in children
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to a collaborative, student-focused approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-5
• Conduct individual and group interventions based on student IEPs
• Assess, diagnose, and document students speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans targeting student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings to discuss student development
