Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates will also be considered
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
  • Solid communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability within a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop individualized therapy plans targeting receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, and social communication
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Advocate for student needs and actively participate in school-wide initiatives
