As a speech-language pathologist, youll be working onsite to foster growth in young learners, collaborating closely with educators, support staff, and families in a dynamic school environment. Qualifications:

• Active Michigan SLP certification required
• School-based experience strongly preferred
• Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
• Must be able to work in the US and pass background and drug screenings

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify student speech and language needs
• Design and implement individualized IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy in both individual and group settings
• Partner with teachers, families, and other professionals to support holistic student success
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Continuously monitor student progress and adjust interventions to maximize results
