Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP or equivalent)
- Proven experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Comfortable serving students in Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary (K-5), Middle (6-8), and High School (9-12)
- Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
- Knowledge of early childhood development and educational best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students from preschool to high school
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students educational and developmental needs
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to provide comprehensive support
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with all reporting requirements
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative services in a school environment
