Your role involves a specialized caseload in an adult transition program for students aged 18-25, supporting them as they build independence and pursue community and work-based learning.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license and CCC certification required
  • Prior experience in school-based or transition-aged populations preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation (training on district system provided)
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work independently

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 10-12 students, two days per week
  • Target communication skills supporting independence and employment readiness
  • Collaborate with a supportive team and utilize a dedicated therapy space
  • Complete IEP paperwork and progress reports during allotted indirect/admin time
  • Contribute to team meetings as required
