Your day-to-day will focus on creating and implementing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with teachers and families, and conducting assessments to identify student needs. You'll play a key part in multidisciplinary teams, provide direct intervention, and monitor progress to ensure each student receives the support they deserve.

What you'll bring:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• State licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience in a school-based setting is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Compassion and creativity in therapy delivery

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting speech, language, and communication disorder assessments
• Developing and executing IEP-driven therapy sessions
• Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating closely with educators, administrators, and families
• Facilitating group and individual interventions
• Participating in meetings, training sessions, and IEP conferences
