Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Florida
• Previous experience with pediatrics is a plus, but not mandatory
• Comfortable working full time
• Familiarity with school-based settings or teletherapy is welcomed
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and school staff to ensure student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of therapy services and student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student needs
• Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
