Job Description

A contract position is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work on-site at multiple elementary schools located in Bradenton, FL. This opportunity is ideal for licensed SLPs who are passionate about supporting diverse student populations, including those in Title 1 schools with specialized educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to students in early childhood and elementary programs, including ASD classrooms, ESE pre-kindergarten programs, and integrated pre-kindergarten classes.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language support.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff to foster an inclusive learning environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal guidelines related to speech therapy services.

Qualifications:

  • Florida SLP license required; Masters degree preferred.
  • Candidates at CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) level are welcome; SLPAs are considered only at specific locations under supervision.
  • Experience working with early childhood and elementary-aged students, including those with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs.
  • Ability to work independently while providing high-quality therapy services.

Location and Schedule:

  • Positions available at Ballard Elementary, Sea Breeze Elementary, and Abel Elementary schools.
  • Full-time hours with assignments starting ASAP through May 29, 2026. Abel Elementary position begins in March 2026.
  • On-site presence required at all locations.
