Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure/certification for California (CFY considered)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP, or eligibility for CFY)
- Experience in schools, pediatrics, and/or healthcare SLP settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain compliant records and progress reports
