Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working within school settings highly desirable
• Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
• Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop personalized therapy goals and deliver direct and consultative services
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful recommendations
• Offer professional development or resources to school staff as needed
