Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcome
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain one prior to starting
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred, particularly in educational or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), progress monitoring, and data collection
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and deliver therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Maintain detailed documentation and track students progress to support data-driven decision-making
- Work closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to integrate therapy strategies in the classroom
- Provide direct and consultative services, adapting interventions to meet individual needs
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives
