Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• School-based SLP experience is highly valued; pediatric or healthcare backgrounds also considered
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and diagnostics for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop individualized treatment plans, IEPs, and implement therapy sessions tailored to each students needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students across educational settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and engage with school staff, families, and outside professionals
• Contribute to student success by fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
