What Were Looking For:
- Active CTC Credential or current California license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience or interest in K-12 school settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and student-centered therapy
- Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes; participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct therapy services, monitor student progress, and adjust strategies as needed
- Educate teachers, support staff, and families to foster optimal student outcomes
