Job Description
A full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CF) position is available in Riverside, CA, offering a contract-to-hire opportunity through the end of the 2025-2026 school year. This role provides an engaging environment to work collaboratively with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and communicate progress with stakeholders
- Ensure all services align with state guidelines and district policies for school-based therapy
Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Certification of Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to supporting the academic and social success of students
Location: Riverside, California
Position Details:
- Full-time, 35 hours per week
- Contract-to-hire opportunity lasting through June 2026
- Start date ASAP
