We are seeking talented Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or CFY) to provide dedicated support during August-December maternity leaves. Whether youre an experienced clinician or currently completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CSY/CFY), youll find a supportive environment where your skills are valued.

Key Experience and Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLP license (required)
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or eligible for CSY considered
  • Experience with school populationselementary and/or high school preferred
  • Background in pediatric, healthcare, and/or educational speech services
  • Confidence with assessments, IEPs, ISTs, therapy, and caseload management
  • Expertise supporting students with mild to severe disabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Role Highlights and Responsibilities:

  • Serve either an elementary caseload across 2 locations (approximately 53-55 students), or a high school/eAcademy group (approximately 59-65 students)
  • Deliver therapy, conduct assessments, participate in IEPs and ISTs, and liaise with staff and families
  • Collaborate across teams to support student success and inclusion
  • Work on-site (no virtual services), 37.5-40 hours per week, full-time, contract position aligned with the academic calendar
  • Enjoy a varied day-to-day schedule balancing direct therapy and consultative responsibilities
