Make a difference in the lives of students by providing vital speech-language services in a collaborative educational setting. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity supports elementary and middle school students for the 2026/2027 academic year. Located near Rillito, AZ, youll play an active role in helping young learners succeed by addressing their speech and language needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Arizona SLP certification (CCC or CFY)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Background in pediatric and healthcare-related SLP practices advantageous
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students speech and language requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to individual students
- Deliver direct therapy individually or in small groups, adapting methods as needed
- Collaborate closely with educators, support teams, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Regularly monitor student progress and adjust interventions for optimal outcomes
