Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP CCC)
  • Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience with school-aged children preferred, new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered
  • Proficiency with developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Delivering direct therapy services in both individual and group formats
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of student progress and attendance
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and other related service providers
  • Attending IEP meetings and contributing expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
  • Providing consultative support and resources to school staff and families
