Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP CCC)
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience with school-aged children preferred, new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered
- Proficiency with developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Delivering direct therapy services in both individual and group formats
- Maintaining accurate documentation of student progress and attendance
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other related service providers
- Attending IEP meetings and contributing expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
- Providing consultative support and resources to school staff and families
