Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure as required for school placements
  • Recent experience with an elementary school caseload preferred
  • Strong evaluation, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work onsite (remote/virtual services will not be considered)
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
  • Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and monitor progress
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations as required
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Support and guide classroom staff in language development strategies
  • Participate in IEP and parent meetings as a knowledgeable resource
