A contract opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to serve an elementary school setting in Ridgecrest, CA. This role is onsite only, focusing on delivering direct speech-language services to elementary students within the school district.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Experience working as a school-based SLP
• Ability to manage an elementary school caseload effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within a multidisciplinary educational team
• Commitment to providing in-person therapeutic support to students

Location:

• Ridgecrest, California

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language evaluation and intervention services to elementary students
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and educational goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment and student progress
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school-based speech pathology
