Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure as required for school placements
- Recent experience with an elementary school caseload preferred
- Strong evaluation, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to work onsite (remote/virtual services will not be considered)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and monitor progress
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations as required
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
- Support and guide classroom staff in language development strategies
- Participate in IEP and parent meetings as a knowledgeable resource
