Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience with early childhood, preschool, and K-12 student populations
• Expertise in working with students across Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, and High School levels
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and goal tracking
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assessment and therapy services to students in Pre-K through Grade 12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure cohesive support for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective support strategies for each learner
• Maintain up-to-date therapy documentation, progress reports, and compliance paperwork
• Deliver services both individually and in small group settings, adjusting approaches to student needs
• Educate staff and families on speech and language development techniques as needed
