Job Description

Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid Virginia Speech Language Pathologist license required
  • Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
  • Adaptable to both onsite and virtual service models

What Youll Do

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement therapy plans for students grades K8
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and teachers to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate student records
  • Offer support and guidance to students with a variety of speech and language needs
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize student growth
