• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and interdisciplinary school teams
• Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and documentation standards
• Reliable, adaptable, and organized

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students to determine speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, goals, and student progress
• Participate in eligibility meetings and IEP conferences as required
